„Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhausanlage mit typisch englischen Häusern, sehr hübsch. Das Haus selber ist der gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer im Vorfeld der Reise war sehr angenehm. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns nochmal für die Flexibilität bedanken, da wir die Reise wegen Covid zweimal verschieben mussten.“

„We chose the Lakeside Retreat after staying in a similar property and we were amazed at how lovely it is. The style and layout of the place suits our needs and the view of the lake is lovely. „Das Haus ist sehr schön und prima für eine Familie mit zwei großen Kindern (zwei Bäder!). Schöne Aussicht auf die Küste. Von hier aus lassen sich sehr gut Ausflüge in den Nationalpark zum Wandern machen. Den Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß (20 min). Sehr interessante Küste, auch weiter Richtung Hull. War für uns die letzte Etappe vor der Fähre ab Hull. Sehr nette Vermieter! Kleine Minuspunkte: Die Straße war etwas laut (deshalb nur 4 Sterne für die Lage) und das Geschirr, das wir benutzen ...

„The cottage is in a lovely location, very close to Filey, with some lovely walks around the village. The quirky Ship Inn (100 yds away) provides wonderful food and a very warm welcome. The 'little Stithy' cottage was very comfortable, however, we felt it didn't need the kitchen in the same room. We were kept awake most of the night from the humming of the fridge and the bright timer light on the microwave! A tea towel remedied this. „Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings .“

„We had a great 3 days at Aquamarine. The apartment was lovely with everything you needed. The facilities on site were great. We used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna which was clean and well kept. We popped into the pub for dinner one evening and staff were polite, a good range available on the menu. Drinks were slightly expensive but we only had the one.“
