„Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.“

„We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! This is a gated community about eight blocks from the beach. The property is beautiful, well landscaped and maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The building we stayed in was newly built so the spaces were pristine. Our unit was clean, unclutered, and spacious; the interior design was modern with thoughtfully selected furniture and finishes. Touches of hospitality throughout made us feel at home. „My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic.“

„This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!“

„This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.“
