Come stay at this wonderful place and enjoy your vacation time in this beautiful and cozy studio. The name of the complex is Little Dreams and that is exactly what it is.
Around it, there is a relaxing pool with two BBQ areas and shared laundry areas. Fully equipped with all amenities and a just five-minute drive to Playa Ocotal and only 3 km from downtown Playas del Coco where you can enjoy great restaurants and stores.
- This is a non-smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge.

- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap.

-Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach!
