One the reception staff have your WhatsApp, they are in continued communications to ensure your trip is going ok and with any bookings. Great stay“

„This is my second time with Elyday. The front desk staff exceeded my expectations - informative and helpful.“

„Room is Ok. They don’t clean yours room if you are stayed a few days. Unless you requested. The view is over look at the beach and shows and convenience as well. You don’t expect too much out of their breakfast. You must wait at the lobby so they can take to restaurant closed by for breakfast. It’s so inconvenient.“

„Very disappointing experience with Rosie Hill Hotel in Phu Quoc. Communication was terrible, and getting a response from the staff was extremely frustrating. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed little effort in addressing concerns or providing assistance. Good customer service should be a basic expectation in hospitality, but unfortunately, that was lacking here. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.“

„clean and spacious room, very good location, walkable to all sights in Sunset Town and cable car to the waterpark, breakfast is good.“

„Employees do very good job and helpful“
