âWe love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided.
Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. Manager is a very kind, respectful and friendly person..It was just a great experience staying at this hotel.â

âIts a budget hotel, very clean with excellent staff. Abdul Aziz at the front dest spoke good English and was very helpful .
There isnt much to do around the hotel but taxis are cery cheap and easy to get ao very easy to get around â

âDas Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb des Stadtkerns von Tashkent, aber dennoch gut gelegen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, das Standart-Zimmer war gerĂ€umig, sauber und alles funktionierte. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war schön angerichtet im typischen 4 Sterne-Style, also alles bestens. â

âIt was one of the best experiences in my life! Iâm not sure if the suite we got was the suite I booked, I suspect that we got a free upgrade to a higher class. It came with an access to the lounge, where we could get some sweets, fruits and drinks and there was also a dinner buffet included (this we havenât used so I cannot comment on it). âVery clean hotel & room. Good location, walk to UzExpo Center. Staff speaks English and very helpful, especially getting taxi. Breakfast lots of fresh melons and fruits, and usual Uzbek foods and pastries.
One drawback is no elevator (only 3 floors - 1 below, 1 main floor, & 1 above.â

âThe hotel was a recently built and well maintained property. The included breakfast featured continental breakfast options as well as more indigenous options but prepared onsite and served in the upstairs restaurant.
Location was in a suburb but pleasant enough and had easy access to taxis and the Metro (Pushkin). Not a great deal of activities locally nor shopping.â
