„Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. “

The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. „We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. „This location is amazing and the building is gorgeous! I happen to love this style. There are 3 bodegas within a block or two, and one has ready to heat meals for purchase if you don't enjoy eating out. There is a great little coffee shop about a block and a half away too. They have some pastries. There tons of great restaurants too. Public transportation stops nearby, or you can walk to the French quarter or the garden district easily from this place. We felt safe. We were five friends attending a reunion and this penthouse had everything we needed - a place for bonding and recapping events of the day, a refrigerator to store all of those left overs, extra blankets and a strong sense of safety within the building and outside of it.
