„We had an awesome weekend at the cabin; the views are breathtaking. Host was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. The grill got a ton of use and I appreciated the ease of the Roku and being able to log in to our own streaming services for nighttime movies. The only real issue we had was that we almost didn't make it up the mountain despite having a 4WD SUV. „We have stayed at The Great Escape numerous times and love the cabin. It is perfect for a long weekend in the mountains. During the days, we enjoy hikes in Shenandoah National Park and the George Washington National Forest. In the evenings, we relax in the hot tub, prepare dinners in the very well-equipped kitchen, and sleep soundly in the comfortable bed.
