„Host was a great communicator. Had a great time with my family. The porch facing the water was the best place to sit, drink coffee and watch the waves. Kitchen was stocked with a great set of pots and pans, dishes, etc. Great rooms and beds. The bunk bed room (man cave) area does not have a direct connection to the main house so you would have to go outside to get into the house to use the bathroom. But my nephew did not mind that. We complained it but the site manager told us we should wait till the sun down and we should expect the Texas summer to use the facility. I believe this place should not be rented without proper equipment to make it "stayable" We left early without staying a night. “
