„The welcoming lake view and deer surrounding the property were very nice. The location and host Pierre were fantastic. The fireplace and decor were really warm and welcoming. It would be good to possibly delineate parking spaces so that other people arriving didn't park covering multiple spots. Hot water remaining was a challenge on the first morning and a bathroom fan was loose in the ceiling so I let the host know and they responded and remedied it. „My husband and I spent 4 nights at this beautiful chalet.Everything from the booking to checking out was exceptional. Pierre, our host, was excellent in communication and hospitality! The chalet itself is exceptionallly beautiful. Located on a small lake in the town of Cantley, it was the perfect location for exploring the area.We booked the loft room because it was just the two of us. „What a wonderful stay out this cabin style cottage. The location was perfect for outdoorsy activities and not too far from Ottawa and Gatineau! The space was perfect for a family of 5. The space was well AC during the hot days and the layout was great for playing board games (available at the site) or reading a book! As well, the wildlife was amazing! We saw turkeys, rabbits, foxes and deer. It was a beautiful getaway!“

„We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and lots of comfortable seating. We enjoyed the beautiful lake and the peaceful woods. We loved the loons and fireflies and kayaking around the bay. We didn't have a chance to try the SUPs or canoe. The dock was great, but the water is too shallow for swimming.“
