„Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊“

„My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇“

„The house is epic and very accommodating. Decks on all levels, bathrooms for each room and a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen made this stay very worth every minute. The sunsets are beautiful, we took advantage of all the amenities. This house is perfect for large families.“

„The property was beautiful. The separate entry downstairs room/bathroom was perfect for our adult nephew. The loft was a haven for our 17 year old and the 11 year old was satisfied with the sleeper sofa. The beds (foam mattress?) were exceptionally comfortable and there were many charming touches throughout.“

„The house was beautiful and in a great location. It came with everything you need and so much extra as well. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks. We all cought several fish off the dock. Will visit again. “

„Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. „The condo was cute, clean and perfect for a couple looking for a quiet weekend (or longer) get away. The location was away from the busy streets of Port A but close enough to get there with a walk or golf cart ride. The back patio views were amazing and it was fun to watch the boats coming and going. “

„We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to the water. It was maybe a 10 min drive to Rockport Beach. Probably a little less. HEB was nearby too. The kitchen has a mixer and a blender and large sized pots and pans - items I've found most rental properties to be lacking in. Though the largest pot was missing a lid. There were no pizza pan/cookie sheet (one or the other would have been really helpful), and pot holders. ...
