While our days were busy out and about, we were excited to get back and enjoy our evenings overlooking the water from the deck. Perfect location, nice neighbors, quiet. We loved the fact that the house sits below road level. The lack of traffic noise was a bonus for us.“

„Emmett is an amazing owner who made sure we had everything we needed. The place is absolute fabulous. Beds were comfortable and the VIEWS were stunning. We caught nearly 40 catfish on worms from the dock. Also you will have your own aquarium view under the dock light. Swirling bait fish and a ton of spotted and grey gar fish. This is our second stay at one of his properties. Highly recommend. “

„We checked in after dark and had a little trouble finding the house. A friendly neighbor happened to be outside and took us right to it. Very quaint and cozy cottage. We all 6 slept comfortably. It was perfect for our one-night stay after driving 12 hours on our return trip home. Would stay again!“

„Decided to book in a rush so was my bad for giving benefit of the doubt with the 2 reviews posted but PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS ONE. Communication was slow, responses delayed. Our instructions upon arrival were that the door was unlocked, key on the coffee table and the internet was down but the tvs had antennas and Rokus were WiFi enabled. (What?!) We arrived late at night after a 9hr drive and so exhausted that we stayed the night despite the strange smell that burned our eyes. We did feel the ...
