„We traveled over from Denver looking for some quiet and space. This property offered both in abundance, and was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well.“

„How do I even start this review honestly? This house, and its location is magical. Every single second of every day spent here was amazing. We woke up and saw rainbows, snow falling miles away on the peaks, heard and saw wildlife and farm animals, saw the milky way galaxy, all while feeling right at home in this beautiful house. It is well furnished, looks great, and is comfortable for the entire family. The beds are nice and the showers and hot tub are fantastic. Overall, pretending to live on ...

„My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, it had everything we needed, not to mention it was in a great location. We were able to fully relax and watch the sunset each night on the back deck. Our dogs loved the open space and had a blast running around. Highly recommend!“

„We stayed over 2 weeks and enjoyed the house immensely. The layout made it feel comfortable with a good size kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable. You need all wheel/4 wheel drive to get there. We were in a Jeep and had no issues. 30 minutes over the pass to Beaver Run Peak 9 parking lot.“

„This is a great house in a great location. Beautiful views and private. We enjoyed our stay. Few things need attention: no hair dryers and no ice machine.(both stated they had under amenities). Misleading, not really a 5 bedroom. The bunk room has a door that opens to a storage room where they have added a bed. Probably fine for a family with children but not when there are 5 couples like we had. Like I stated great home just a few changes. “

"Was nicht so gut war, dass nicht einmal die Abfalleimer trotz 4 Nächte Unterkunft einmal geleert wurden und es auch sonst keinen Roomservice gab. Dss Frühstück war einfach, aber was solls. Es warmes / großes Frühstück kann man eben nicht überall erwarten. Die Zimmer- wände sind dünn, aber nach schweren Wanderungen in den Bergen schläft man nach kurzer Zeit trotz Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer schon relativ schnell ein. Alles in allem gut und 4 Sterne. Evt. buche ich sogar das Hotel noch einmal in der Zukunft. "
