„The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. „Spacious and beautiful room with a great kitchen and a very friendly staff. Perfect location - next to a 24h Fresco, 2 min to the bus station, 5 min to the subway, and in walking distance (10min) to the shopping streets and famous sights. The baggage storage was a lifesaver since our flight was late in the night. “

„Everything was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is very clean, smells good, and the staff are very nice. I communicated through email, and they answered promptly. There are grocery stores right next to the hotel, many restaurants nearby, and it’s within walking distance to tourist spots, shopping, Kamo River and train station.“

"Sehr Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof. Gut für Ausflüge. Saubere Zimmer. Typisch kleines Bad. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, da teuer. Täglich Housekeeping. Schlafanzüge, Kinderhausschuhe. Gute Matratze. Nach Zimmerwechsel super. Erste Zimmer war ruhig aber mit Blick auf Nachbargebäude zu dunkel. Wir mussten eine Fee pro Person und Nacht im Hotel bezahlen. Expedia hatte dies nicht angegeben."

"Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt an Kyoto Station. Das Personal war allzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren für japanische Verhältnisse geräumig. Die Betten waren wirklich hervorragend und die Bettdecken sehr leicht und trotzdem wärmend. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab alle notwendigen Hygieneprodukte (Seife, Shampoo, Conditioner, Einwegrasierer, Einwegzahnbürsten, Tücher, ...) sowie Tee und Kaffee Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Würde ich wieder buchen."
