„Ich hatte dieses Hotel für 9 Nächte gebucht. Die ersten beiden Nächte waren ruhig und erholsam. Durch den regen Wechsel in den Nachbarzimmern war es jedoch dann immer wieder lauter. Ich hatte Nachbarn die mich um 2 Uhr morgens aus dem Schlaf gerissen haben da sie mit einer Lautsprecherbox in ihrem Zimmer extrem laut Musik hörten. „Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Töchtern (18/20) für 10 Tage in NYC. Das Apartment war gut, die Ausstattung hätte in Kleinigkeiten besser sein können. Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Coffee-French-Press, großer Kühlschrank und Gasherd sind vorhanden. „Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. „Disappointed with this stay. The property was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. I found a torn couch, dirty bathroom with leftover soap from previous guests, dirty refrigerator, worn towels, and overall poor cleanliness. The listed address also did not match the actual property location. I contacted both the host and VRBO and documented everything with photos. Would not stay here again.“
