„This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.“

„We had a wonderful, multifamily stay in this well appointed house. The kitchen was large and super well outfitted with glassware, china, Cookware, utensils; you name, it was all there! The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed by everyone. The outdoor seating area was beautiful in the morning, by the lagoon with birds chirping in the background.
