„Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. It has an amazing location and is the perfect place for a single gal with 2 dogs to take refuge from the chaos of graduation weekend. „This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent most of our time enjoying it. No matter the time of day you can find either sun or shade around the pool and it has many depths and seating areas/steps inside the pool that the kids enjoyed. We had a few questions that the property owners answered immediately. We will be booking again and I highly recommend the house for your Chico stay!“

„The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.“
