This single-level, charming home is designed to make your stay in Chico comfortable and relaxing. It features three bedrooms, each with a cozy queen-sized bed and soft linens to ensure restful nights. Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, both offering tub-shower combos and double vanities for added convenience.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, complete with ample counter space and modern appliances. The open-concept layout connects the kitchen to the dining area and large living room, where you'll find a comfy sectional sofa, large-screen Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for streaming, working remotely, or unwinding after a day out. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

If you require a pack-and-play crib during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can have it set up and ready for you.

Please note that a $50 late check-out fee will apply if you stay past the designated checkout time, as our cleaners are scheduled in advance and charge based on their arrival time.

There is a separate guest house located above the garage at the back of the property. Guests staying there use the back gate for access, so you may occasionally see them passing by. We like to mention this in advance to avoid any surprises during your stay.
