„It was comfortable with a window A/C unit for the summer. Some areas were not clean. Some areas/ items need to be repaired or replaced.“

„I like that fact that the place is like home and clean however the air conditioner is too loud . Besides that it is very nice place 👍👍👍👍“

„Host was great when needing to communicate “

„The open floor planning with the kitchen and living room and dining were good. Air conditioning worked well. The bedroom curtains were good for a full night’s sleep. The location was excellent for walking downtown. The street work made driving tricky but host’s have no control over that.“

„Nice place“

„The apartment was clean, and spacious and looked like the listing pictures. It could use some touch up paint in some areas, but overall it was a very comfortable place to stay. Some of the windows wouldn’t lock, so that was a bit concerning.“

„It was right where I wanted to be, clean and efficient. Good communication and easy check-in and check-out.“

„Fast internet helped me catch up on things while away.“

„Very nice experience. “

„Clean place, worth the , and easy communication!“

„Was in a great location. Brenda was excellent on communication. Only real downside was the house was warm and made for an uncomfortable stay.“

„Beautiful home, nice neighborhood with plenty of space for activities. Clean at first glance but little oddities like cereal on floors and bugs and webs around home. I loved the place beyond the internet near inoperable during the stay. Multiple requests for assistance were met with DIY fixes that did not work. Again if I weren’t working from the area it would have been the perfect peaceful getaway location. There is a friendly but over vocal dog next door. Thank you for the stay.“

„Felt so at home! We stayed here with five adults. Beautiful home, great location, everything you could need, plenty of room, the most comfortable beds, and easy check in/out. Pat was fantastic with communication and made sure we had all we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at another of their properties next time we visit!“

„Great stay, thanks!“

„The property was on a residential street that makes you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. Inside, everything was tidy, modern, and updated. This place is perfect for a family of 4/5 or two couples to stay while exploring everything that Pekin, Peoria, and Bloomington/Normal have to offer.“

„House was exactly as pictured and described. Beds were very comfortable and we would definitely book this property again.“

„Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes.“
