There were a couple of things we found that needed to be updated from the current listing. The most important is that the stairs down to the basement are now located within the main house. Everything was clean and the teens loved the downstairs area where they could chill watching movies on the big screen & playing games in the electronic board game console. The weather was gorgeous for November so we were able to take advantage of the grill, the deck, the cute outdoor seating area and the pier/fire pit. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival.
