„We went down to Joe place as part of a company retreat. The place was perfect for us. The layout was great and the beach was pristine. The pool was great, and the communal spaces (like the Palapa area) really enhanced our experience. It also felt very safe with the patrol coming frequently. I (and everyone who came along) is looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.“

„Nice place and amazing location. Close to everything and within walking distance. My only complaint with the place was, we brought out little 11 month old which will touch everything and will find everything, so it seemed he was able to find every dusty area of the house 😅 so besides that everything else was amazing for this place.“

„Property was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Common area very well taken care of. We did have some issues with the shower drain being clogged which maintenance did their best to resolve. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend!“

„Everything was walking distance “

„Don't normally stay at vacation rentals type accomodations but really liked the space and the accommodations. Check in was smooth, the building is secured, and it was clean. Location is fine and within walking distance to different things. There's a grocery store 2 blocks away and a convenience store half a block away. Also different restaurants and shops nearby.“
