„Our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, communication, and guest-readiness concerns.We received conflicting information from the owner and management regarding check-in and check-out. We were also surprised when an unidentified woman entered the property using her own access code without knocking or announcing herself. It took several hours for management to clarify who she was.The home did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. Linen, dishes, silverware, countertops, ...

Cold.. that was they only problem...the property doesn't have a heater...but Alex...who was great, brought us a small heater...which helped "a little".
