„Beautiful home, perfect for a small group. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and friendly owners.“

„The space was clean and well organized. Huge backyard with a fire pit. Covered porch that we were able to watch the storms roll in. The only negative is that the river view was what sold us on the property but because the house is split in two, the other tenants were using it. Since the patio furniture sat in front of our French doors we had to keep the blinds closed and weren’t able to enjoy the view. Amazing location though!“

„We stayed here while visiting family in town and didn’t want to book multiple hotel rooms. This was perfect for our family. Very conveniently located close to downtown. Little bit of road noise in the adult bedroom, but we played white noise on a phone and slept right through it. House was accurately described in the listed and everything was very clean and comfortable!“

„Historic building with beautiful floors and windows. The loft has a cool, industrial feel and is spacious with all amenities you need for a get away. Enjoyed coffee on back deck with a lighthouse view. This loft steps right onto Main Street with cute shops and great dining all along the block. Mark Twain house and museums are so close and definitely worth seeing. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to explore the area more. This loft is on the third floor above J’Dubb’s, a new family ...

„We had seven adults including one who couldn’t manage stairs well. All of us were very comfortable and had a lovely stay in this historic home while exploring Hannibal. The kitchen was well stocked, sheets and towels were soft and smooth, additional dining chairs were in place prior to our arrival and everything was clean. “

„The inside of the property was wonderful. Perfect for what we needed. Great dining room table for games. Two comfortable couches for chatting on. Beds a little too soft for my husband. OK for me. Nice and close to downtown. Only negative was the neighborhood was a little run down and there was broken glass on the sidewalk.“
