The beach is a short walk away and the water is just so crisp and clean. Lots of family friendly activities nearby and many great restaurants. Only negative thing was no fault of the homeowner, we were there in early spring and nearby farm had fertilized, making the outdoor area not smell great. I am sure that was just unlucky timing.
