We're not here just for the bikers though! We're conveniently located 0.5 mile off of I-49 & 1.5 miles from the University of Arkansas. • We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.

• Ready for your pet! If you're traveling with your furry friend (limit two) we ask that it isn’t left unattended unless it’s in a kennel, do not allow it on the furniture or beds, and please pick up pet waste before you leave.
