* 2 parking spaces are available for guests!! Parking passes are required for these spaces. The passes are on the kitchen island. Please return before checking out. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fine.



**This property is located in a historic building on a college campus! Being downtown means you’re steps from the action, which we love, but it also means there’s always the potential for city sounds, neighbors, or nearby construction.

While we can’t guarantee total silence, we do want you to be comfortable. If you experience any excessive noise outside of the city's quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help make your stay as peaceful as possible.
