Live like a local in our cozy, clean home!

Welcome to our recently remodeled duplex in the HEART of Fayetteville! We have furnished the house to be a comfortable place to stay while you visit our hometown! You are within 10 MINUTES of locations like the UofA stadium, Dickson St, downtown (the square), Walton Arts Center, farmers market, grocery stores, I49 highway, restaurants, craft fairs, and Washington County Fair Grounds as this neighborhood has easy access to College Ave which is a prime route through town! #livelikealocal
The space
This 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom home is adorable and cozy! The kitchen is equipped with a stove and full size fridge which gives you an opportunity to stay in and eat whenever you feel like it! The house has a large washer and dryer which can be used as needed. We have a Smart TV that is already connected to the internet which allows guests to relax in the evenings by logging into their netflix/hulu account and chilling out... please note that there is no TV service with channels or DVD player. We provide one bath towel and hand washcloth per guest and stock the bathrooms with at least 1-2 toilet paper rolls. If more are needed, please request ahead of time or bring what you may need. A paper towel roll will be available to guests to use in kitchen and all trashcans are filled with small bags for trash. Extra rolls of paper towels and trash bags will need to be discussed before hand or brought by the guests to meet their needs. Since this property is a duplex, we do ask that guests respect each other and be conscious of loud noises like blasting music, tv, etc. There is plenty of parking for you to bring up to 2 vehicles and park in front of your side of the duplex. By booking our home, you understand that there may be other guests staying on the other side of this duplex in their own space (there are no shared spaces within the duplex). We love hosting guests and are always more than happy to give suggestions on favorite places to eat or things to do! We are so excited to host you during your stay here in Fayetteville!!
