Neues Hampton Inn. Tolles Haus. Gute und ruhige Lage. Wir würden wieder gehen. Etwas schwierig ein gutes Esslokal in der Umgebung zu finden. Ist aber nicht das Problem des Hotels.

The walls in the room need painting or washing, the tile floor had dirt where they had not closed doors to sweep behind them. The toilet paper holder was dirty and rusted. The mattress has low spots making it uncomfortable. The clerk was friendly and the location is good but the overall condition of the place is that it is in need of a proper cleaning crew.

Room needs a thorough cleaning. Questionable something on wall by bed. Bathroom floor grout is very dirty as is the ledge of shower stall. Dropped something behind end table and it was DISGUSTING behind it. Lamp shades are on lamps upside down. Room coffee maker is horrible - didn't work. Every outlet was so loose - nothing stayed plugged in. Phone never charged because outlets need replaced. Lobby is beautiful, food was good, employees were very nice. Rooms need deep cleaned. Can't recommend

Stayed here twice in recent months. Good place. I did have a problem upon leaving at 7 AM on Monday. No caddies to help transport baggage from the room to my car.

The exterior and the lobby areas looked great. However, the room was in need of a professional cleaning. It appeared as if the staff had only done the bare minimum in the upkeep. The only reason I booked the room is because I was told there was an inside pool, but there is not.

Aaron, employed by Hampton Inn was EXTREMELYhelpful and went very much above and beyond. Kudos to Aaron for his persistence, professionalism and courtesy. I've stayed here several times while visiting family in the area - it's the best of very limited hotel options in Fayetteville, TN. But this hotel is really showing its age, and badly in need of renovation and updating. It's also not very clean - either poor management or inadequate staffing. Bed and its linens work out. A/C in my room excessively loud. But the staff, such as it is, is very friendly. Breakfast just okay. It is in a convenient location and it's quiet. But I probably won't stay here again until its renovated and better staffed.

The handicapped room that was booked on Expedia was not what was available when we arrived. However, the room we were given was very nice and spacious. Only downside during our stay was that our key card had to be reprogrammed 3 times during our stay which was frustrating. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was ok. They definitely need new beds. We had a stink bug issue in our room. The girl at the front desk did switch us to a different room and she was nice enough to check out the new room to make sure there were none in there. At check out (new lady) I mentioned the issue & what we went though. She spoke with someone in the back room and they offered to refund 1/2 our room cost. I thought that was nice considering I didn't ask for it. (I mentioned it because I wanted to make sure she knew what happened in case she saw 2 rooms in our name. Did not want to get charged for 2 rooms.) She said it would take a few days. Well here it is a week later and still no refund. Bad business to offer your customer something and then not follow through.

The stay was okay. The young lady that checked me was extremely nice and helpful. I was placed in a room that is for the disabled (wheelchair) and the door would not open until after 3 tries each time. I did not like the shower. However, on checkout, the management did give a discounted cost due to the inconvenience. I would stay there again.

Room smelled and looked clean. Could hear traffic noise somewhat, being further away from the roadway we expected not to hear it. Great size tv. Coffee maker didn’t work. Beds both sounded like there were pockets of cardboard inside.
