We will come back to find out if the ubiquitous plants are actually providing the clean air atmosphere or a secret source of oxygen is at play. In any case, we feel refreshed like a walk through the forest. “

Since we were traveling with teenagers and the room with 2 queen beds was too small for us, we were able to upgrade it to 2 rooms with one king size bed each. Thank you for this upgrade. „The check-in procedure was very frustrating. The key-lock boxes were randomly placed and not well labeled. It took us ten minutes to sort through six dozen boxes that were locked onto railings to find the key to our room. This is NOT a "Rooftop Suite". It is on the 12th floor of a 20 story building with a view of nothing but other apartments. It was very disappointing.“

„Familienzimmer mit Schlafsofa war sehr sehr klein, kurz an die Rezeption und ohne Schwierigkeiten bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer mit zwei Queen Betten. Bei Freunden von uns war das dass selbe. Frühstückt sehr ausreichend und lecker, das gesamte Personal ist mega freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei nächsten Aufenthalt in Toronto kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder in Riu Hotel “
