„This is a perfectly located hotel, especially if coming from the Airport to Union Station. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was very clean and well stocked. The decor is really well done. The only down side was it's a tad small, but this didn't matter to me as I was spending most of the day out.“

Also the host (Anish) was very helpful with providing storage options for our luggage and helping with the quick check-in and check-out process.

GLOBALSTAY. Gorgeous Apartments in the Heart of Toronto

"Ich habe das „Exklusive-Apartment“ mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht und war insgesamt überwiegend zufrieden. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist einfach umwerfend und lässt einen über weniger schöne Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen.
Besonders anstrengend habe ich empfunden, dass man in den Wochen zuvor viele E-Mails mit persönlichen Daten hin und her schreiben muss, um vom Global Day Team überhaupt die Check in Informationen zu erhalten. Sie verlangen, dass man ein Foto von seinem Reisepass per E-Mail sendet, das ist heutzutage ja wohl nicht der korrekte Sicherheitsstandard. Außerdem hat man bei jeder E-Mail mit einem anderen Mitarbeitern zu tun, der teilweise keine Ahnung vom aktuellen Stand der Buchung hat. Noch nie war ich vor einer Reise SO genervt von der Kommunikation mit einem Vermieter.
Der Check in Prozess lief außerdem nicht so, wie in dem bereitgestellten Infoblatt zuvor beschrieben war, denn das beschriebene Terminal funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Leider ist auch der Funkschlüssel zum Parkhaus nicht wie vereinbart im Apartment hinterlegt worden, sondern ich musste die ganze Woche über die Klingel und eine Einlass bitte an der Rezeption mit meinem Auto in das Parkhaus fahren.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung bei genauem hinsehen nicht sauber, besonders die Küchenutensilien und die Küchenschränke enthielten noch Speisereste von Vermietern. Das hätte ich mir anders gewünscht.

"The apartment is located very central (near CN Tower and Rogers Centre) and is very good equiped. We had a spectacular view to the skyline of Toronto from our apartment. The main bedroom is perfect. The sofa bed in the livingroom was damaged and not really clean so as the livingroom , when we arrived.
Good staff, very helpful. Thank! No possibility to store your luggage when you don‘t already leave after check-out. So you have to use external luggage store."
