Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is noisy and is located at a busy intersection so you hear loud trucks and semis late into the evening. Twice during our first night's stay, a car rolled through the parking lot with its subwoofer playing so loudly that the window in our second floor room was shaking and rattling in its frame. We were assigned a room across from the ice maker even though other rooms were available. Other guests would use the ice maker late into the evening, 11:30 pm, and as early as 6:45 am to fill their coolers. Our second morning, at 7:15 am, we awoke to the sounds of a construction crew doing demo work in the room next door. Lots of pounding with hammers, drilling, and dropping of equipment. We spoke with management about these issues and we were told, "Sorry, the crew should have checked with us before completing any work." Maybe so, but my question to management which went unanswered was, "Why were we assigned a room next to a room under construction when you had others available?" It seems there is just an overall lack of customer care and lack of common sense when assigning rooms at this hotel. Stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other quality hotels in the area.
