Perfektes Motel
Das Motel ist sehr schön, man sollte nicht die Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk wählen, denn dann schaut man von unten nur auf Autos. Gut hat uns gefallen, dass kein Teppichboden im Zimmer war.

Staff were nice, no lightbulbs in any of the lamps when we first got there. hotel run down carpet, walls paint peeling. But what was really gross was the mattresses. OMG do yourself a favor and don't pull back the sheet to look at the mattress. I've seen cleaner mattresses on the side of the road or in the mesa. Pay an extra 50 bucks and go to the next hotel.

We have stayed here for quite a while. This time we were pleasantly surprised. The entire property had been updated!!!! The lobby was bright and cheerful. The lady at the desk was smiling, professional and courteous. The room was spotless. There were no holes in the walls. The linen were clean. Towels were clean, fluffy and smelled like they were freshly washed. Breakfast I had a slight issue. There was less options available. I can definitely look the other way as this was the only negative. We were so pleased that we will continue to visit here when we drive through once a qurter. Almost forgot. The best sleep we had here ever. Like sleeping on a cloud.

The building is in a state of disrepair both outside and inside. The nonsmoking room that I reserved smelled like cigarette smoke and even with the window open, the smell was unbearable. The heater/air conditioner had a warning light that the filter needed cleaned. The bathroom door would not close due to extensive damage to the core of the door. The window did not have a screen or a lock on it. The bedside lamp had damage to the AC outlets at the base. There were extensive cigarette burns on the bathroom counter, toilet, as well as the desk in the room. During the night, car alarms went off in the parking lot and guests arriving late were noisy entering the building. The outside door did not lock, and the use of a key card was not needed to enter the building. The drain on the bathroom sink was slow to drain and the bathtub was missing the strain cover at the drain. The bathtub had been damaged and glued back together. This is great example of you get what you pay for, I paid for a cheap room and that is exactly what I got.

My non smoking room smelled of smoke. The front desk girl asked me to trade rooms while I was walking into my room because the tv was broken. Well the tv was jacked up in my room too. She promised to come back with a new key card and did not. The bed is super hard and you can hear everything even the people accross the hall. So if you dont care about cleanliness, comfort, or sleep then book it.

I checked in and was really excited to get to my room then I Realized they don’t have an Elevator so I went up the stairs got to my room opened the door and got a big boost of humidity the room was so hot it felt like a sauna or sweat lodge so I opened the door the room was still really messy and the air conditioning didn’t work but the bed and everything else was ok but I can tell the property manager don’t keep up with the facility before I left the next day the alarm went off for no reason at all it was a high pitch beep that lasted a few minutes all and all I would say I rate my experience at Roseau inn in Farmington NM a 5 out of 10 at least the beds were clean and neat that’s why I gave it a 5

The staff was really nice and the breakfast was great, but didn't get any sleep last night because this drunk guy kept trying to get into our room he knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked and knocked. Multiple times told him to leave too much about it so we had to just stay awake all night no sleep wasted my money on that room when I could have slept in my car and got a good night's sleep.

Stay wasn’t to bad for a family of 7. 23 got 2 rooms(non-smoking) but the hallway when you walk in smells like smoke or just a weird smell . One of the door handle seemed to be broke and loose. Oh ya bfast was just cereal and toast. As for the Rooms they were clean and comfortable. It wasn’t a bad stay for a late night rental and to be gone in the morning.

I stay in close to 200 motel rooms a year and this was the dirtiest room I had ever seen. Feces smudged on wall next to toilet. Dust covering everything. The floor was disgusting in the restroom. Hair in the tub. The pictures offered online are NOT from this hotel. Nope.

Do not stay here
Filthy hotel, mattress practically folded up in the middle; probably haven't vacuumed the hallways in months. Breakfast tables were not wiped down. Door to the back entrance which is supposed to be opened only by key card was broken so door didn't even lock or latch.

I haven't ask to preview a room in a LONG time, but as soon as we walked in I knew I needed to. Fortunately, I had paid the extra $10 in case I needed to cancel my reservation. Food on the floor of the hallway, unclean everywhere, room on 1st floor was 1/2 basement/dark, etc, etc.

Woke up score from the bed it was too hard
Need for handicap access, I called and requested for a handicap room, got there and was told there was non available. Husband is in wheelchair, lady adjusted rooms and we were able to get into a room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the room was clean but the bathroom tub didn't look inviting, need to change them out.

Online pictures were nothing like the actual room condition. Hallway leading to rooms reeked of cannabis and cigarettes. However inside the room the beds were comfortable and clean. The hair dryer didn’t work and the shower pipes were sticking out from holes in the wall . Very basic continental breakfast
