THE SPACE
The vibe. Step inside and the whole loft opens up, soaring white ceilings, silver ductwork, and dramatic black-framed windows that flood the room with natural light. The design is unapologetically fun: a burnt-orange velvet sofa, tufted leather club chairs, a live-edge coffee table, and museum-worthy pop-art on every wall (yes, that's a tongue-out Einstein and a 'Life is Beautiful' original).

Living room. Sink into the lounge area and fire up the smart TV. The statement orange sofa is a genius 4-in-1 convertible, lounge, stretch out, or fully unfold it into a comfortable bed for two extra guests.
Kitchen & dining. The open kitchen is built for real cooking and easy hosting: a big white-quartz island with leather bar seating, dark cabinetry, and full-size stainless appliances (refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher), plus a coffee maker and the cookware, dishware, and utensils you'll need. Pull up a stool for morning coffee or lay out a spread on game day.

Two private bedrooms. Everyone gets room to recharge. The primary suite features a plush king bed, a built-in media wall with a smart TV, and a sliding barn door.
