Duplex in Falmouth
Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!

The accommodations were fine but the beds werenot made and I had to call the host to find out where the sheets were located. There were very limited towels and the yard was very cluttered with stuff.

Thanks for the review, Bob, and the insightful comments. In the instructions sent to you we clearly state where linens and towels are. Twelve bath towels are sufficient for the party of four for a week, as we are not a hotel and have no maid service. Patio furniture, Beach chairs, umbrellas, a fire pit, grill etc. are left for our guests to enjoy their state. Let me know what exactly I could’ve have done differently to make your stay more pleasant.

Great location in Falmouth
We’ve stayed on this same street for 6 years and you can’t beat it - 1 block to the beach and 15min walk to downtown. The property was as described. Loved the central AC and owner was very responsive and friendly.

Outstanding location. Host was very responsive. 2 bedrooms had bugs resulting in people getting bug bites, skin irritations. Outside grill was very dirty (Looked like it had not been used or cleaned this season). Upstairs air conditioning unit out of window.

Hi Dave, I’m glad you found time to share you comments. It’s our guest’s responsibility to clean grill after each use. Still, some people take this responsibility seriously and some not. I wish you communicated the concerns during your stay by texting or calling me so the issue could’ve been resolved promptly. To eliminate the issue in the future, I replaced the grill in question with a smaller standup portable one with cast iron easy to clean grades. I’m not sure what you meant by the AC out of window comment as we have central air. Thanks, Regina

Lovely home
Loved our stay. The house is very clean and cozy and perfect location to beach and town. Regina is a wonderful host and her gardens around property are gorgeous!! Easy come and go with door key pad as adult kids often ventured out to beach or biking trails.

Great Stay
My wife, 2 children (2 and 5) and labradoodle had a wonderful stay at Regina's home. We booked the home for the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Main Street Falmouth, which has numerous cute stores and restaurants. It is also a 5-10 minute drive from the super market, Woods Hole (ferry terminal and cool town), numerous play grounds and the home of the Falmouth Cape League Baseball team. Regina (owner) is very nice and helpful. House was consistent with its presentation in the listing.

Perfect location and excellent host
My family and I had a great time staying at this home. The house is a short walk to the beach (perfect to not have to worry about beach parking!) and nice walk to Main Street. Check in process and instructions were very easy / helpful and the host, Regina, was incredibly friendly and gracious throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Another great beach vacation!
This was the second time my family stayed here and everything was wonderful. There were also nice updates - easy keyless entry and a digital thermostat. You cannot beat this location or the included beach items to use, and the owner is super nice and fast with replying.

Close to beach and town
Clean and comfortable home with lovely garden and updated kitchen and bath in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The main street with it's shops and restaurants is a comfortable walk or a 5 minute drive away. The owner was very helpful, kind and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed, and shared useful information with lots of info about local restaurants and attractions.

Lovely, comfortable, and welcoming.
We were very pleased to find this clean, comfortable cottage so close to downtown, and closer to the beach. Very quiet, peaceful with all amenities. The top floor bedroom was spacious with its own bath and wall to wall rug, downstairs bedrooms very bright and private. Kitchen perfect for our needs, we like to eat in half of the time away. New microwave and solid stove/oven. Nice backyard. Our hostess was totally wonderful and available if needed. Neighborhood great for walking - we really enjoyed it and look forward to returning. Just one recommendation: a solid rubber mat for the downstairs bath.

October in Falmouth
Stayed in this wonderful property for 10 days in October. Was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. Location is perfect for access to the beach and the town. We brought our shitzu with us and it was perfect. Regina the owner loves dogs and Murphy loved her. So nice to find such a lovely home to stay at in the cape and be able to take our little guy with us. Can’t say enough about our host Regina. Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Helped with suggestions for local restaurants, stores and locations to walk our dog in beautiful settings. We hope to return to this home sooner not later. Thank you Regina.

Wow, What a Great Location
Came to Falmouth for an extended Columbus Day weekend. It was great!!!! The location is to die for. I took a dawn walk with my dog every morning to the beach to watch the sun rise and the moon set. My adult son got to explore the water creatures and when I had wet stuff that needed to be dried, Regina surprised us with a drying rack. Regina seemed to know our needs and filled them without us even asking. We were able to bicycle multiple times on the Shining Sea Bike path which is just simply amazing. Love, love, it. This is the best house and was very comfortable for the 3 adults and a dog. The outdoor area is fabulous, Regina has quite a green thumb with beautiful flowers everywhere. We even saw monarch butterflies on her butterfly bushes, simply amazing. Definitely will be back! Thanks Regina!!!

Fabulous stay - can't wait to return
Just returned from a wonderful 7 day relaxing vacation! The location is great – short walk to the beach, within walking distance to town with great shops and restaurants. Regina is fabulous – very helpful and responsive; provides so many extras – access to a grill, lots of kitchen essentials to make cooking a breeze, firepit for the evenings! Fantastic stay, better location
We spent five awesome days bouncing around Falmouth, and it would be hard to find a better location from which to do it. Just a block from the beach and a short walk to downtown, we were in town at the tail end of the off season but the walkability still made it easy to access everything in town and avoid any traffic or parking nightmares. The house itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a few days, and Regina was very responsive and helpful as a host. Bonus points for being able to bring our dogs with us!

Well equipped unit steps from the beach. We celebrated our first ever Christmas on the Cape. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner! We were able to bring our furry kid ‘Bella’ as well to this clean, pet friendly unit. We had a wonderful Christmas with the entire Family!

It's really close to the beach! It was pretty much perfect for our family which included my 86 year old Mom. The yard is very nice. I can't really think of any complaint. The host was fine -- she really helped us get set up and from there it was easy-peazy!

Our temporary seaside home wasClean and in fine condition with plenty of room for all 3 of us to spread out and have our own space. The entire top floor was my sanctuary with a king sized bed as well as a twin bed closet my own bathroom And space for yoga. The property was peaceful surrounded by flowers, With a spacious garden frequented by rabbits and adored by my dogs. The sea was close by, as was the quaint town, and we walked there daily. There’s a bike path along the ocean with dramatic Vistas. The two short days of Tranquility, fine company afforded by our hostess and the sea air had the salubrious Effect sorely needed after Covid.

Fun family trip
Perfect layout for our trip to the Cape with our adult children. The Cape in January is cold, but the house allowed us to hang out with the family comfortably for a week. We did walk in the beach several times as it was nearby. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes for cooking for ourselves. The owner was nearby and very helpful.

A relief from the mess!
We were delighted to find this little spot of heaven! Our house is undergoing renovations and we are living amidst the mess but then it came time for new floors to go down. Had to get out ~ pets and all. Falmouth is a lovely place and we were pleased to find this house to take a break from reno. We walked to Main Street for meals and walked on the beach and the neighborhood. Everything about our week was very pleasant!

Our stay was very peaceful and spiritually renewing. The ocean, the night sky, seeing Mars, Jupiter and the unusual bright red moon as it set. Regina was an excellent host. She was engaging and had an amazing knowledge of the lesser known beautiful areas in Falmouth. She also very respectful of one’s privacy. Great location!
We had a great week at this property...not only could we bring our dog but it’s ideally located between the beach and Main Street in Falmouth. It was a short walk to the beach and less than 15 mins to Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants, stores etc The house might not be the most updated place on the planet or have matching sheets but it’s clean, functional and worked perfectly for us for the week. Regina is also awesome...great communication and always there if we needed anything. She even gave us a spare pizza when the pizza company messed up her order! We’ll definitely remember this place for future use!
