Insgesamt eine schöne, kleine Unterkunft mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Das Bad ist etwas klein. Leider funktionierte bei uns das Internet nicht. Unser Zimmer lag im EG, direkt mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, das war weniger optimal. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Schmutzige Bettwäsche (bei Ankunft) wurde sofort gewechselt. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war defekt, auch diese wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem kleinen Privatstrand.

Stayed here with my best friend, room over looking the ocean with a patio to sit on right outside our room. This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly, rooms were impeccable. There was even a record player and records to play in our room! We had the best time here!

You can’t leaves anything in the room or it will be stolen right out of your room. No one else was in are room but staff that works there. No security at all. Police said it has happened before. Worst place I have ever stayed in 47year of going to the cape. Stay away!!!

We had a suite on the 2nd floor. Great view and big room. However, the bathroom is extremely small, the floors were sticky, the windows were covered in salt obstructing the water view, there is no divider between the other terraces so people can look into your room, and the walls were incredibly thin. We could hear the couple in the next room watching tv and even their dog's nails as it walked on the tiled floor.

The view of the ocean from your room is awesome. You are right on the beach and can hear the waves in your room! Everything is clean and new. The only drawback is the small bathroom. However the shower is hot and strong Highly recommend The Tides!

The property was absolutely beautiful but had an awful check-in experience with Andrea. We were doing a road trip from Toronto to Cape Cod and check in stated from 8am-8pm . We were set to arrive by 7pm but got a call from Andrea while driving at 6:30pm and she stated she was leaving the property and wanted to get our credit card information over the phone to check us in remotely which I stated I wasn’t comfortable with giving my information over the phone but she insisted that she was leaving even though I pointed out that the check in hours stayed until 8pm and we purposefully didn’t make detours or certain stops on our drive to get there before the check in period ended. In the end we were forced to provide our information which I was not impressed with. Other than this service issue the room was gorgeous and right on the beach, parking was good and location was close to a lot of great dining and shopping options etc.

Pros - staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and beds were comfortable. Liked the kitchen section of room. Slider door opens to the beach. Con’s - Since the door opened to the parking lot, I was surprised there was no peephole if someone should have knocked on the door. Also the only lock was on the doorknob, I was surprised there wasn’t a secondary lock or deadbolt on door. Bathroom is tiny, small shower. If you are tall, it will be a tight fit.

It's right on the beach, probably the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. The room was clean and stylish. Staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are definitely very thin. The guy in the room next to me was taking work calls and I could hear most of what he was saying clearly. Turning the fan on helped, but I might recommend bringing earplugs or a white noise machine.

Beautiful ocean views from the rooms. There is a roof deck and the sunrise and sunset can both be seen from the rooms and the beach. Would recommend! A hidden gem on the cape.

We had the absolute best time at Falmouth Tides for my husbands birthday!! It's sooo kid friendly!! booking the ground floor room (room 8) with 2 big beds and walk out straight onto the beach was HEAVEN!!!!! We wished that there was a bar/ coffee shop/ communal hotel space so that you didnt have to leave for breakfast lunch dinner but it was amazing and we will definitely be back!! 2 things I would make sure all rooms had, real mugs for coffee, and a mini vaccum in all the rooms for the amount of sand that comes in from being on the beach! WILL BE BACK XX

Would do a winter get away there again
Great winter getaway, bad storm before we got there, so first floor was shut down but with 50 mile an hour winds all weekend we still enjoyed the views from our room. Also were told about great place to eat while there from staff
