„This apartment is beautiful—clean, bright energy; excellent amenities; convenient to all forms of public transportation and for getting around on foot. Communication with the owner was efficient and easy—extremely responsive to questions. It is in a lively section of City Centre, so evenings can be a bit noisy if you’re an early-to-bed type; if you love to go out in the evening, you’ll love the location!“

„I can highly recommend this flat as a base from which to explore Glasgow. The location is perfect. Easy flat walk to Riverside museum, a few mins to Kelvingrove, 2 mins to subway for rapid travel around the city. Very comfortable flat, lots of nearby supermarkets. Recommend booking car parking via Just Park at Morrisons car park [Merkland Court], access is via Vine Street. This is a 12 -15min walk from the flat. You will need to carry your luggage from there.“

„Our stay at Gillian's flat was at the end of a month long trip to Scotland. It was a comfortable and spacious place to rest for a day before, and during, our adventures in Glasgow. We were able to walk to several of the sites we wanted to see. For those places that were further away, there is a bus stop nearby. Gillian's guidebook provided all the necessary information for our stay at the flat.“

„The location was perfect, with key collection, underground parking, and access being easy. Only a 15-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station and Argyle Street underground, half that. lots of pubs, wine bars and restaurants around. The apartment was nice and clean, with plenty of towels, and the host gave plenty of instructions, including videos of how to get into everything. „If you want to see what it’s like to live in the great city of Edinburgh when you visit, then this top floor flat near the Meadows is ideal. We enjoyed the proximity to the tourist aspects while enjoying the neighbourhood amenities (coffee shops, best fish and chips, groceries, close bus stops, good restaurants nearby). The flat is nicely furnished with very firm beds and the bonus of sinks in some bedrooms. Room darkening blinds were appreciated as it was light very late and early morning ...

Aparthotel Adagio Edinburgh Royal Mile

"Das Hotel Adagio liegt sehr zentral an der Royal Mile. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zufuß erreichbar, zum Meer nimmt man Bus 35 , der sehr nahe abfährt. Unser Appartment lag im 4. Stock, per Fahrstuhl gut erreichbar. Das Fenster ließ sich einen kleinen Spalt öffnen, was mir wichtig war. Die kleine Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet, insgesamt war das App wohnlich eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben sind die unbeschreibliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Rezeptionisten/ innen. Immer war ein freundliches Wort da. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl an schottischen Leckereien sowie Wurst, Käse, Eier, Salat, Müsli, Obst, Jogurth, Honig, Kuchen, natürlich Kaffee, Te, Milch, Saft, Wasser….. jeder findet etwas. Vermisst haben wir nur unser dunkles Brot, oder dunkle Brötchen…😉 Besonders die Freundlichkeit von Pia ist zu erwähnen, die immer buisy und fleißig im Frühstücksraum ein Auge auf alles hatte. Wir können das Hotel Adagio sehr empfehlen. "
