*House Rules*

❉Prior to check in: All guests will be required to submit a government photo ID
prior to receiving check in details.

The correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking. Linen and towels will only be provided for the number of guests included in the booking. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $50 per night each.

❉Long term stays are welcomed.

❉Smoking is not allowed. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is detected.

❉NO PARTIES. We have a 2 strike rule for noise complaints. The 3rd complaint will result in termination of your reservation and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund.

❉We however, allow intimate family & social gatherings subject to pre-approval. Please contact host before you make a booking if this service is required. Any small gathering must comply with our house rules regarding noise and cleanliness.

❉Small pets allowed for a charge of $175 per stay.

❉Early Check in and Late Check out will be allowed if available and agreed upon prior for an additional $100 per stay.

❉Unauthorized late check out will result in an automatic $200 charge

❉Lost garage clicker will result in a $250 charge

❉Please leave the property in a similar condition as it was during check-in. Breakages, damages, theft, and loss will be the guest's liability and responsibility. Claims will be filed if damages are not reported on the day of arrival.

❉We do not allow or accept parcels and mails being sent to the property. We recommend using a pack n mail service or an Amazon locker hub/USPS pick up instead.

❉Breaking any of the rental rules above, the guest is liable for a $500 fine and termination of the reservation without any refund and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
