Please note that Bedroom 4 is located in a converted portion of the garage and is equipped with both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Important Shared-Property Information

This listing is for the main house only. A separate guest house is also located on the property and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

The main house and guest house each have:

A private entrance
Their own designated section of the (same) backyard

Although the outdoor areas are separated, it is the same yard. Guests from the two homes may occasionally see one another outside. We kindly ask everyone to respect each other’s privacy, designated outdoor space, and right to a peaceful stay.
