"Ridiculous! I cannot recommend this hotel. After my stay, I was charged 239 dollars for valet parking service. However, I did not have a car during my stay and did not use any parking service. Contacting the hotel was almost impossible; I had to call the Hilton service hotline several times. I was then told that the manager would get in touch with me, which never happened. The hotel simply did not respond to any of my messages. Never again."

Room cleaning did not replace showel gel, so i had to get it at receiption by myself. Calling bell captain did not work, nobody answered the phone.Bed was just made, bathroom was not touched just towel replaced. Room maid did not understand, neither English, nor Spanish, just questioning eyes "
