Step outside onto the large covered riverfront deck and enjoy a front-row seat to life on the Chena. The lodge sits directly across the river from the historic Trail Breaker Kennel, founded by legendary Iditarod champion Susan Butcher and David Monson—a special piece of Alaska history right outside your door. During the summer, watch boats cruise by, including the famous Riverboat Discovery.

In the winter, the private setting and open skies offer an incredible opportunity to watch for the Northern Lights right from the property.

After a day exploring Fairbanks, unwind in the private sauna or enjoy the dedicated workout room. Guests also have access to a large two-car garage, plenty of paved parking, a spacious front yard, and a private lot.
