This is the perfect Lake House! Beautiful custom home on a huge lot sitting at a point on the lake gives you lake views from every room. Private and professionally manicured lawn, spacious layout to accommodate your family, a short gentle slope walk to the water to enjoy the oversized dock with porch swing. Located on deep water so you can swim off the dock, bring your boat or fish. Owner keeps his boat and jet skis onsite, but is not for use, if you bring your boat you may tie up on either side of the dock. Dock has an easy climb swim ladder. The main house is over 5000 square feet and has 3 King bedrooms and 3 rooms with bunks/doubles. The bedrooms are very spacious and offer lots of privacy. Enjoy eating meals as a family in the large dining room with wall to wall windows to enjoy the water view. Dining can accommodate 10 people at it's large round table where everyone can talk together. The stunning kitchen boasts double overs, convection stove and tons of cabinet space with a nice large island to prep your meals. There a a gas grill onsite. You will be able to enjoy your meals outside in the covered and screened in patio with two large round tables and fan to keep you comfortable. House rules - no children under 13 for safety reasons due to proximity to the lake. This house really has it all, please come and enjoy your time at the lake!
