„Very handy location for the purpose of our stay. Walkable to goods bars and restaurants. House was clean and tidy, with everything we needed, although noted that there were no coat hangers in the wardrobes, only a few clothes pegs and the frypan was in need of replacing. We were happy to purchase cheap to replace these to tide us over while we were there. Would stay again.“

„The property is small but that’s ok - the photos in the listing tell you that. It’s also in a great location, super handy for the University. And best of all it’s really clean. The kitchen is well appointed - yay, actual knives that work. The little outside area is cute and everything inside and out was easy to use. “

„Great place and location “

„Our stay was amazing, the house is very clean modern and easy to find. The only downside we did have was the parking situation as there isn’t a lot of free parking available. Walking into the city was really easy, everything was simple to find with us making trips to woolies most nights. The host is very lovely and easy to communicate with. Other than the parking situation this is a 10/10 property and will happily stay again on our next visit to beautiful Christchurch “

Will definitely look to stay here again. Location was perfect with loads of cafes, restaurants and supermarket close by and central to everywhere we wanted to visit. „Clean and comfortable property in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable and the additional touches in the kitchen (hot chocolate, sweets,)were very nice. Check in information was clear and communication was very efficient. It's definitely not central but if you have a car or don't mind taking the bus, it's about 10-15mins away from the centre. It was perfect for our 2 nights after returning from the coast. Would recommend!“
