„Austin and the red hair gal (sorry, forgot name) were fantastic and went above and beyond. Our military son who just finished advanced camp was exhausted and had to repack to fly out early the next morning. They let us check in early and accommodated us on everything whether it was needing scissors, info on anything from laundry to dining and more. I highly recommend this hotel and tbeir staff. And, they had waffles...made my day!“
„I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room.
The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming.
It was so wonderful to sit down at a table decked out in white tablelinen, clean shiny silverware and linen napkin, sipping a glass of Chianti while listening to live piano music.

„The property was well maintained. It showed a bit wear with the age but it was very clean so that wasn't a factor at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was kept well stocked. Coffee was really good as was the apple juice. Rooms were very comfortable and large. “

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2*
