„We had a great stay, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the hot tub was a great feature and so relaxing. the grounds are quiet and we were visited by some chickens too! Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach. „The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.“

„Well I think as it was our 19th visit that speaks for itself. Fantastic as always, a perfect space to unwind and recharge your batteries. Lots of wildlife to see in the garden with all sorts of birds on the feeders and the special treat if you are lucky the deer family, lots of squirrels too. The Talbot Arms do great meals but you have to book early for a Sunday lunch. There is a gentle walk along the river down to Lyme Regis just a little harder coming back up but not as hard as the road way. ...

„Home from home for us. Our fourth visit and not our last. Hattie loves playing ball in the field opposite. You can walk to Totnes easily from the cottage via Dartington and a straight route takes you there in hour! Love going to Nkuku and Riverford kitchen restaurant (book well in advance) even went to see a musician in Totnes (st Mary’s church) and Ashburton hall, amazing venues.Great stay, comfy bed and all the amenities you need to cook, thank you 🙏“
