Parking will be provided with the use of a permit on the road outside.

The neighbourhood is great with plenty nearby for shopping, eating out, and grabbing a drink.

House rules:
The parking permit must be returned here on check out, it is only valid in Zone F permit areas. Parking is at your own risk, we cannot be held accountable for parking charges or if anything should happen to your vehicle. Quiet after 10pm, as you are in a residential area - a fine maybe incurred if residents complain about excessive noise. Inventory is taken before and after your stay, any breakages or missing items will be chargeable. It is your responsibility during your stay to maintain security i.e lock the doors and windows where appropriate. If your stay includes use of the sofa bed, you will find relevant bedding stored within the sofa bed. The iPad lists local information as well as instructions for the amenities available. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to stay. There is a security camera outside the property for your safety. Cleaning/tidying required above a standard common clean maybe chargeable.
