Didn't realise we saw the owner many times outside the property, as was never made aparent to us that the chap working in the garages and using the shared drive was the person I had been communicating with for almost a year about our stay. I think most people would expect a 'hello I'm "x" the owner hope you enjoy your stay' or 'hi, I'm "x" who you've been speaking with on the app' or something along those ...

„It has been a great pleasure staying at Dainton Elms. Good location, value for money, very friendly landlord and landlady right next door. Had a great welcome with a few very much appreciated supplies. :) We loved the quiet, Torquay and other destinations on the shore are only a short drive away, even Tintagel and much less Dartmoor are within reach for your daily adventures. Lovely pubs with friendly locals right in the neighborhood, and the same goes for the public golf course almost next ...
