„Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. "Unfortunately you could not open a window as in the court there was a constant noise of venting machines or trucks. The staff is rather unfriendly. I don’t understand why for breakfast you use only one time dishes. It was so much more eco friendly and comfortable to have actual plates and mugs instead of paper cups, paper dishes and plastic spoons and knifes. The amount of trash is simply incredible. "
