Eureka Springs Historical Museum is only a block away allowing you to view the cultural history of Eureka Springs and the surrounding area from its founding to the present day. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Our house is ideally situated at the South entrance to the Historic Downtown, offering convenient access to local transport options. Explore the town with ease using the readily available trolleys, taxis, and sidewalks. Parking is available off the street, and you'll find it easy to get around to enjoy all that Eureka Springs has to offer. This is an ideal location for exploring downtown Eureka Springs.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling. Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.
