***Primary Bedroom:** Features a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a dresser for your belongings.

***Second Bedroom:** Offers a queen-size organic latex mattress, a dedicated desk and office chair, and a closet.

Walk to the laurel hill valley playground and park (10 min), Hendricks park rhododendron garden and walking trails,(20 min) or to the nearby campus attractions: Matt knight arena, Hayward field, UofO campus, Market of Choice grocery store (20 min). Because of the close access to i5, most neighborhoods in Eugene and Springfield are accessible in 10- 15 minutes drive.



Getting Around:

This is a family friendly neighborhood. We are lucky to be tucked off the main road, on a gravel drive shared with 5 other neighboring houses. We love the proximity to i5 as well as the ability to walk (20 min) to the grocery store.
