Walk through the front door and you’ll be greeted by 180-degree views of Grand Lake. Conveniently located off the main road, this 1,900-square-foot property boasts various outdoor entertainment such as a hot tub, 55” smart TV, fire pit, and covered deck. Enjoy the splendors of the lake right outside your backyard.
Space
Under new ownership and recently upgraded. This beautiful lakefront property offers easy access to all that the area has to offer, including trails, marinas, and fun in the sun on Grand Lake O’ The Cherokees!
You can spend the day boating and swimming on the lake or relaxing on the back deck. If you don’t have your own boat, there are local boat rentals with plenty of water toys for you to take advantage of. If you’re the off-road type, some of the best off-road trails are right outside your door. Bring your own UTV or rent one rent right down the road.
At night when the temperature drops, you can take a soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake while watching the sun go down.
When you’re ready to retire for the night, each room has been outfitted with premium memory foam mattresses, top-quality sheets, and soft pillows. Lower the blackout shades and get an amazing night’s sleep ensuring you’re rested and ready for another day on the lake.
Access
Guests will have full private access to the property. Guests will access the home using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.
Eat
Upon entering, you will find the kitchen which features a large center island with 4 comfy bar stools, a dining table for 8, white wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the cookware and accessories to prepare any meal. All you need is groceries! We have a Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee, sugars and creamers.
Gather
The living area provides a place of comfort that will feel like home. The furnishings include 2 extra deep sofas that will be calling your name for an afternoon nap. Gather around the dining table and put together a puzzle or select from multiple board games that are available all while enjoying the natural light and lakefront views throughout the wall of windows.
Retreat
The master suite sits off the living area with amazing lakeviews. The private retreat features a king bed with a premium memory foam mattress, a nightstand on each side, a smart TV.
The master bath features a large walk-in rain shower and a gorgeous vanity providing extra counter space to get ready. This space also includes a blow dryer, makeup wipes and plush towels.
Escape
One of the most attractive aspects of Grand Lakefront Oasis is the expansive back deck, which is perfect for all kinds of entertainment and relaxation. The upper covered deck offers a gas grill (propane included), 55” smart TV, dining table for 10 and plush seating surrounding a fire pit.
Just off the covered back deck is the lower deck that offers a 6-person hot tub with privacy curtains and 2 chaise lounge chairs. The property boasts a dock that can accommodate up to 4 boats. Enjoy spending time as a family on the dock while utilizing the large platform for jumping off, the lily pad for lounging in the water and a ladder in place for guests to use at all times.

Like most homes in the area, our property uses 3 exterior security cameras for the protection of our guests and the property. There are 2 cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the home’s entrance and 1 camera facing the boat dock. There are no cameras inside the home and the outside cameras do not look into common areas which includes the back deck and hot tub area. We understand our guests want their space and privacy, therefor the cameras are not regularly monitored during your stay, they are used for protection of guests and our property.
