First impressions are important. Before ever checking in the guy on the phone at the desk was quite rude. At check-in the lady at the desk questioned the validity of my service dog with incorrect assumptions of what a service dog even was . The air conditioning didn’t work, it had a convoluted remote control that wouldn’t respond. The building is completely surrounded in pavement,broken and pot holes, making taking your dog out requiring you to walk all the way to a muddy ally . The only redeeming feature was breakfast at the adjoining restaurant ( however the bacon apparently barely hit the griddle before being served, almost raw ). I will find another hotel for my next visit…
