We had a small issue with the air conditioner the night we arrived, but the very next morning we called the office and they showed up within 30 minutes. Other than that it was wonderful. „Great quiet location of Fort Myers Beach, excellent beach view, screened in balcony is great for bugs but not for pictures! If you are not a fan of pets select floors 3-7 first and second are pet friendly and their barks echo and 101 and above are poolside sound carries and a couple nights people were swimming after dusk when pool is suppose to be closed!
